Verrin is a refund investigation application for Shopify merchants.

When a merchant installs Verrin, we process store, order, refund and customer data made available through Shopify permissions the merchant grants, along with evidence and notes the merchant uploads.

How data is used

Data is used to provide investigation context and risk signals to the merchant. Verrin does not sell personal data and does not make automated refund decisions.
